Contact & Community Desk
Connect with NodeHash developers, seek trade assistance, or reach out to our security team. We run open community channels, an escalation desk for trade disputes, and an encrypted intake for vulnerability reports.
Developer Discord
Join our primary developer chat room. Ask questions about local node configuration, discuss barter loop mathematics, and coordinate with peer operators in your geographical region.
GitHub Source & RFCs
Review our open source codebase, submit pull requests, track development milestones, or open protocol improvement proposals (NH-RFCs). Everything we build is public and auditable.
Telegram Announcements
Subscribe to network updates, release notes for iOS and Android client builds, scheduled maintenance alerts, and governance notifications. Strictly read-only and spam-free.
Support Intake & Inquiries
Have a question about setting up your client node, managing mutual credit limits, or configuring relay nodes? Send us a message and our team will get back to you.
Dispute Mediation Desk
Every multi-party trade on NodeHash is backed by milestone escrow contracts and mutual credit headroom encumbrance. When disagreements arise regarding deliverable quality or milestone acceptance, our structured dispute protocol protects both parties.
Trades follow a 3-tier escalation process:
- 72-Hour Inspection: Direct bilateral comments and correction requests between buyer and provider.
- Sponsor Ring Review: Peer sponsors inspect agreement criteria and mediate fair delivery terms.
- Cryptographic Jury Arbitration: Independent node arbiters inspect proof-of-work artifacts and issue binding releases or refunds.
To submit an escalated dispute for arbitration, submit the signed transaction dossier to our mediation desk:
Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure & PGP Desk
NodeHash treats protocol security and cryptographic integrity as paramount. We work cooperatively with independent security researchers to safeguard the network.
Safe Harbor Policy & Response Timelines
Safe Harbor Commitment

Verified Response Timelines
- Initial Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of report receipt.
- Severity Triage: Preliminary impact assessment within 72 hours.
- Patch Coordination: Continuous status updates until an audited patch is deployed.
- Public Hall of Fame: Recognition on our protocol security credits page (with your permission).
